Every Sunday we have a short window to connect, engage and inspire people to fall more in love with God and His Church. At Hillsong we believe that every Sunday counts (after all we only get 52 of them a year), and through our unique Open House gatherings you’re invited to discover how we intentionally craft services that move people forward and deeper.
This event is designed for Senior Pastors and their leadership teams to understand exactly how Hillsong Church functions, and to get up close and personal with some of our key staff and team. This is not about theoretical principles delivered in a classroom – we’re taking you behind-the-scenes of a ‘typical’ Sunday morning at Hillsong Church.
As a Hillsong Leadership Network Member, now you can see for yourself (or even send a team member), to experience and learn directly from our team, why and how we do what we do – candid insights gleaned from over 35 years of building church. So don’t just survey from a distance, but let us host you as we seek to wholeheartedly champion you and your local church.

Common Questions
How often do these Open House’s run?
We host a few Open Houses in each state each year. Our goal is to open up a variety of Hillsong locations to enable you to attend a scale that is most relevant to you and the team you lead.
Why are you hosting this event on a Sunday?
Great question! It’s not something we take lightly to take pastors and leaders out of their congregations on a Sunday, however in order to go beyond theoretical principles about culture and health – we want to provide an opportunity for you and your leaders to experience it in real-time and catch it for yourself.
Who from my team should I send?
Definitely not everyone all at once because we want your Sunday services at home to be as strong and vibrant as possible. Our recommendation would be your key pastors and team leaders, whether they be paid staff or volunteers.

What are the timings of the event?
Please arrive by 7:30am. Lunch will conclude at approximately 2pm.
Will there be child-minding?
Due to the long nature of this event and in order to help you get the most out of the day, we recommend organizing your own child-minding prior to arriving.
Will this event be catered?
It is our pleasure to host you and your team! This event will be catered and you will enjoy coffee, refreshments and a beautiful lunch with the team. You are more than welcome to bring along any additional snacks or drinks you would like for throughout the event.
My church is not part of the Hillsong Leadership Network, does that mean I can’t attend?
Open House is hosted on behalf the Hillsong Leadership Network with the goal of serving local churches from across the Body of Christ who desire to connect with Hillsong Church for a community of like-minded leaders, tried and tested models you can follow and insights from over 35+ years of ministry.

We understand that sometimes the unexpected takes place and we will refund you and your team 100% of the registration fee if your cancellation is received within 5 business days prior to the event. Please email network@hillsong.com for your refund no later than Monday, 4th November.
