Can I change my login details?

You are more than welcome to change your login details at any time. Simply login to the portal, click on your name in the top right-hand corner and choose “My Details”. Follow the prompts to change your username and/or password.

How can I update my credit card?

You are more than welcome to update your credit card details at any time. Simply login to the portal, click on your name in the top right-hand corner and choose “My Details”. Follow the prompts to change to your preferred credit card.

How long does it take to complete each unit?

For individual license users, we recommend allowing approximately 60 minutes to complete each unit. When facilitating the course with a group, it has been designed to be completed within 75-90 minutes per unit to encourage time for group discussion.

Can I download and watch offline?

Yes! If you do not want to watch the videos online, you have the option of either downloading by individual video, or the entire course in one go for ease of use.

How long will I have access to the content for?

Once you purchase the course, you will have full access from then on. There is no end date to your online access of the course, and you will automatically receive content and feature updates.

Can I transfer my license over to or share my account with someone else?

The licence held by the account holder is not able to be transferred or shared with someone else.

Can I change the order I watch the course?

The course content has been laid out in the most logical order, but there is nothing to stop you from choosing your own.

How many people can I share the course with if I purchase the team license?

The Team License allows you to facilitate live workshops with up to 10 of your own team; each team member will also have their own online account for ongoing on-demand access. You are also able to purchase additional licenses in blocks of 5 for teams greater than 10.

How do I buy extra licenses for my team?

You are able to purchase a team license for up to 10 of your team. For more than 10 team, please choose the “Additional Licenses” item for additional licenses in blocks of 5.

Is there a bulk discount available for large groups?

If you would like to purchase licenses in bulk for teams of 30 or more, please contact us at network.courses@hillsong.com to confirm any discounts applicable.

Is it possible to show segments of the course within another training environment?

If you have purchased either an individual or team license for the course, and would like to show elements of the content in another environment – such as a leadership training day or College course, please contact us at network.courses@hillsong.com for appropriate permission.

How can I request a refund?

If for any reason the course content does not meet your expectation, simply send us an email within 14 days requesting a full refund and our team will immediately process it, no questions asked.
